Returns and Refunds

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, our return policy allows you to request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Certain hygiene-related and perishable products may not be eligible.

Process:

• Contact us at Amirabaystore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• We will guide you through the return process and provide a return address.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer in case of COD orders.

Note: Shipping costs for returns may be borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
